  1. Ini barulah yang di katakan CUSTOMER SERVIS. Sebelum apa-apa di lakukan, pemberitahuan dibuat awal-awal lagi. Jadi taklah pelanggan mengamuk.

    p/s: “bahasa” itu penting dalam perniagaan. kalau takde “bahasa” lepas tu nak sound/maki client sendiri, apa kejadahnya!
