Hello there. Short tips on how to remove, delete or unable software while pc on boot. This is for all Windows. You need to open MSCONFIG or windows configuration utility application. To open msconfig, depend on type of your window’s version.
For Windows XP, you can type msconfig on run application or directly go to directory C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries and find msconfig.exe
